Only ten minutes by bus, every 20 minutes,from the fabulous beaches and hectic night life of the Benalmadena Costa.
This second floor, corner property, is furnished to the highest standard of comfort with Sky Digital television showing all the major UK stations, Plasma TV and Digital DVD, Radio, Air-conditioning/central heating throughout plus Plasma log effect fire for winter rentals.
We are happy to provide a list of recommended restaurants, entertainment venues and trips for your information while staying in the apartment.
Clients have a choice from an extensive DVD library, books and a large selection of board games are provided though experience has shown that very few guests spend evenings indoors with all the bars’ and bistros’ only a three minutes walk into the old town plus, ten minutes away, the hectic night life of Benalmadena Marina.
Charges vary dependent on season but range from 60 Pounds Sterling daily in January/February up to 100 Pounds Sterling daily in High Season, the prime holiday weeks of late July & August & September.
November & December at 70 Pounds Sterling daily all rates quoted are inclusive, there are no hidden extras.
Those clients wishing to have the benifit of a stress free holiday we offer collection by Lexus 400 at Malaga International Airport on arrival at Malaga Airport, and chauffeured to the apartment, on the departure date they are collected at Jacaranda and chauffeured to Malaga International Airport departures. This option can be reserved at 35 Euros each way less than the cost of a taxi! this service offers a stress free arrival and departure to your Jacaranda holiday.
A private lock-up garage is included in the rental price with lift directly to the apartment this garage option is offered to clients with their own car or wishing to rent independently.
There is an excellent pool within lawned gardens and it is for use by residents only and has security gates with key supplied at the apartment.
Welcome pack includes essentials and wine is also included, offered on all weekly rentals.
Owners will answer any questions, usually within the same day.
